Adam began his career in the real estate industry in New Orleans after graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2009. After working eight years for a locally owned appraisal and brokerage firm he briefly worked as a real estate agent before returning to the appraisal business in 2018 with Newmark, where he opened a branch office in New Orleans. He has experience in valuation of a wide variety of property types, from single-unit residences to Class A high rise office buildings.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with his dog Lilly, fishing, snowboarding, and playing golf. While only a full-time resident of the White Mountains since 2022, he has been spending time here since the early 1990s, including working at a local golf course for three summers in high school.

Cathy is originally from the Midwest, hailing from the great state of Ohio, and growing up in Michigan and Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, with a Bachelor of Science in Business, she received her education and early training in real estate appraisal through the Real Estate Dept. at I.U. Shortly after graduation she moved to Phoenix, where she was hired and trained at Real Estate Science Corporation (a.k.a. Nolan, Needham and Peterson) in both commercial and residential appraisal. Cathy’s career includes independent appraisals, forensic review, collateral underwriting, and mentoring/training of new appraisers.
Her passions and personal interests are centered around Mother Nature and animals, including horses, dogs, cats, goats, and pot-bellied pigs. She volunteers with rescue organizations, as well as nurturing her own horses and dogs. She donates time toward fund raisers for Horses Help, Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Arizona Humane Society, Wendy Center at Banner Health, and Phoenix Mountain Preservation Council. Cathy is a student of Reiki, focusing on alternative healing practices for people and animals.
